1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and Mostbit ("Platform", "We", "Us"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the Mostbit website, mobile browser experience, all casino games, sports betting markets, jackpot slots, fishing games, and any other services offered through the platform.
By registering a Mostbit account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform in a logged-in state, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use Mostbit and should contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms apply alongside any additional rules specific to individual promotions, games, or tournaments that Mostbit may publish from time to time. Where a specific promotion or game rule conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific document takes precedence for that promotion or game only.
2 Eligibility to Use Mostbit
To open and use a Mostbit account, you must meet every one of the following requirements without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Mostbit strictly prohibits access by minors and will verify age during the KYC process.
- You must be a real, individual person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
- You must be the named holder of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw from your Mostbit account. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
- You must not already hold an existing Mostbit account. Each person is permitted exactly one account.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets or using platform services.
Mostbit reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe allows Mostbit to restrict or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3 Account Registration and KYC
When you register on Mostbit, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. All information submitted during registration must be true at the time of submission and kept current throughout your membership.
Mostbit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard platform compliance practices. As part of KYC you may be asked to submit:
- A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the past three months)
- Confirmation of your payment method (screenshot or statement showing your name and wallet/account number)
KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Documents are reviewed typically within one business day. Completing verification promptly avoids any delay when you want to withdraw winnings.
One account per person is strictly enforced on Mostbit. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be suspended pending review. Balances across duplicate accounts may be consolidated or forfeited at Mostbit's discretion.
Your Mostbit account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. Mostbit is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the password has been shared or compromised through the member's own negligence.
4 Deposits — Rules and Limits
Mostbit accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Mostbit charges no deposit fees.
The minimum deposit on Mostbit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods. Bank IBFT and card deposits may have different minimums displayed at the cashier. Maximum deposit limits depend on your verification status and payment method, and are displayed in the cashier before you confirm any transaction.
Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your Mostbit account within a few minutes. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the initiating institution. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 30 minutes, contact Mostbit support immediately with your transaction reference.
- All deposited funds must be used only on Mostbit for the purposes of gaming and betting.
- You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods registered to other people — including family members — is not permitted.
- Mostbit may impose additional deposit verification steps at any time in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Refunds of deposits are not available once funds have been credited to your playing balance and used in gameplay.
5 Withdrawals — Processing and Conditions
Mostbit targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals on fully verified accounts. This applies 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed the same business day for requests received during standard banking hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed in the cashier and vary by payment method and account status. Mostbit charges zero withdrawal fees — the amount you request is exactly what you receive.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your Mostbit account. You cannot request a withdrawal to a wallet, bank account, or card belonging to another person under any circumstances.
- Withdrawals will only be processed after your KYC verification is complete. Start verification early to avoid delays.
- Mostbit reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain threshold amounts as part of routine compliance checks.
- If a bonus is active on your account, the wagering requirement applicable to that bonus must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-originated winnings can be processed.
- Withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit will always be prioritised where possible.
6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Mostbit offers welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and refer-a-friend rewards from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and wagering requirements. These specific terms are published alongside the promotion and take precedence over this general section for that offer.
General rules that apply to all Mostbit bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Wagering requirements specify how many times you must play through the bonus amount before withdrawing winnings derived from it. A wagering requirement of 20× on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 20,000 in eligible bets before that bonus's winnings can be withdrawn.
- Time limits on bonuses are strictly enforced. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that have not been used within the stated period are forfeited automatically.
- Game restrictions apply to some bonuses. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements. The eligible game list is always published with the specific promotion.
- One bonus at a time: Mostbit does not permit stacking of bonuses unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
- Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or coordinated play designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
Mostbit reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected members with reasonable notice where possible.
7 Game Rules and Fairness
All casino games available on Mostbit — including slots, live dealer tables, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Roulette — are operated in accordance with their published rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game before you begin playing. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering.
Virtual casino games on Mostbit use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG certification is carried out by recognised third-party testing agencies. Returned-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are the figures verified by those agencies and cannot be adjusted for individual accounts or sessions.
Live dealer games operate with physical playing equipment — cards, roulette wheels — dealt and spun in front of HD cameras. The results of live dealer rounds are determined entirely by physical outcomes and cannot be influenced by Mostbit's platform software.
- In the event of a technical fault during a game round — connection loss, software error, or stream interruption — bets that cannot be settled due to the fault will be voided and stakes returned to your balance.
- If a game result has been fully and correctly recorded by Mostbit's servers at the time of a technical issue, that result stands.
- Disputes about game outcomes must be raised with Mostbit support within 72 hours of the round in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.
8 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting on Mostbit covers cricket (including PSL and international T20I), football, tennis, kabaddi, and other markets as published in the sportsbook at any given time. All bets are subject to the general Terms here and any sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook.
- Bet confirmation: A bet is accepted and binding only once you receive a bet slip confirmation with a reference number. Bets in a pending or processing state are not confirmed.
- Odds: Mostbit reserves the right to correct any odds that were published due to a technical error or data feed fault. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds will be voided.
- Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 24 hours from its scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- Live (in-play) betting: Odds in live markets change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed at the displayed price, that price is fixed for the duration of that bet. Mostbit is not responsible for connection delays that cause a member to see outdated odds.
- Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are displayed in the sportsbook. Mostbit reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific markets.
- Result disputes: Mostbit uses verified data feed sources for result settlement. Disputes about settled results must be raised within 48 hours of settlement.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mostbit. Engaging in any of them is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Creating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details
- Using another person's identity or payment method to register or transact on the platform
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or any unintended platform behaviour for financial gain
- Colluding with other players on live dealer tables or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage
- Laundering money or using Mostbit as a vehicle for any financial transaction that is not genuine gaming activity
- Placing bets with funds derived from criminal activity
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing Mostbit staff through any communication channel
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or verification
Where Mostbit reasonably suspects any of the above, the platform may freeze account balances, request additional documentation, and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. False positives do occur and Mostbit will communicate with the member to resolve legitimate cases as quickly as possible.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
Mostbit may suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any section of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request
- Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Court orders or regulatory instructions requiring account restriction
- Member request (voluntary self-closure)
- Extended inactivity (accounts unused for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review)
Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited in full depending on the severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for compliance reasons unrelated to member misconduct, Mostbit will work with the member to return verifiable deposited funds through appropriate channels.
If you want to close your own Mostbit account voluntarily, contact support via live chat or email at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance made available for withdrawal before the account is closed.
11 Responsible Gaming
Mostbit is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all members. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from the account settings menu:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Session Reminders: Opt-in notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you how long you have been playing in a session.
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.

Mostbit collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and improving the platform experience.
- Mostbit does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Data is stored securely using encryption and access controls. Payment card details are handled through PCI-compliant gateways and are never stored on Mostbit servers directly.

13 Limitation of Liability
Mostbit provides the platform and services on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain consistent uptime and performance, Mostbit cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from:
- Platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
- Internet connectivity issues on the member's side
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or power failures
- Third-party payment processor delays beyond Mostbit's control
- Data feed errors from external sports result providers
Mostbit's total liability to any individual member in connection with any single incident or claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
Mostbit is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of anticipated winnings or profits from games or bets that were not placed due to a platform outage.
14 Changes to These Terms
Mostbit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Mostbit will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect for existing members. Minor clarifications or corrections may be applied immediately without prior notice.
Continued use of the Mostbit platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect. Your existing balance will remain available for withdrawal.

15 Contact and Dispute Resolution
If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about any aspect of the Mostbit service, or a dispute about a bet or game outcome, the correct process is:

- Step 2 — Formal complaint: If your query is not resolved to your satisfaction through standard support, submit a formal written complaint to support@mostbit.bet with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and receive a final response within 10 business days.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after the formal complaint process, Mostbit will provide contact details for an appropriate escalation route at that stage.
These Terms are written in English and interpreted under applicable law. Mostbit operates as a global platform accessible to Pakistani players. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to the jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedures applicable to Mostbit's operating entity.
